Vinum Shaoxingense[1], Sinice 绍兴酒 shàoxīng jiǔ, est temetum Sinense ex oryza fermentatum quod iuxta urbem Shaoxing provinciae Cechianae producitur. Hoc vinum inter optima Sericae omnis reputatur.
